Privacy Policy

What we collect
When you join the waitlist we collect your email address. When you place an order we collect your name, shipping address, email, and payment details (processed by our payment provider — we never see or store full card numbers). We don't run third-party ad trackers.
Cookies
We separate cookies and similar storage into two kinds.
Essential. Always on, because the site doesn't work without them: your cookie choice itself (so we don't ask again), and — until our email service is connected — a local copy of your waitlist signup so it isn't lost. These stay on your device and are never used to track you.
Optional. Analytics cookies that help us understand how the site is used. These load only if you choose Accept on the cookie notice; if you Decline, they are never set. We currently load no optional cookies at all — when we add an analytics tool, we'll name it here with a new effective date.
You can change your mind any time: and you'll be asked again on your next visit to the homepage.
How we use it
To fulfill orders, send the emails you signed up for, respond when you write to us, and meet legal obligations (including cosmetic adverse-event recordkeeping). We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
Who we share it with
Only the services that make the store work: our e-commerce platform, payment processor, email service, and shipping carriers — each only what they need. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
Your choices
Unsubscribe from email any time via the link in any message. California residents: under the CCPA/CPRA you may request access to or deletion of your personal information, and you won't be treated differently for doing so — email hello@offdune.co and we'll respond within 45 days. We don't sell personal information as defined by the CCPA.
Data retention & children
We keep order records as long as tax and cosmetic-safety law requires, and waitlist emails until you unsubscribe. Our site and products are not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
