Privacy Policy

What we collect
When you join our email list we collect your email address. When you place an order we collect your name, shipping address, email, and payment details (processed by our payment provider — we never see or store full card numbers). We also collect limited information about how you use our site and interact with our ads, through the advertising and analytics technologies described below.
Cookies & similar technologies
We separate cookies and similar storage into two kinds.
Essential. Always on, because the site doesn't work without them: your cookie choice itself (so we don't ask again) and basic session storage. These stay on your device and are never used to advertise to you.
Optional (advertising & analytics). These help us understand how the site is used and measure and improve our advertising, and include the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel and similar tools. They load only if you choose Accept on the cookie notice; if you Decline, they are not set.
You can change your mind any time: and you'll be asked again on your next visit to the homepage.
Advertising & measurement
We use the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API to measure how our ads perform, show more relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram, and reach people with similar interests. To do this, we and our e-commerce platform may share certain information with Meta — such as pages viewed, items added to cart, purchases, and hashed identifiers like your email address (hashed so it can't be read directly) — used to match activity to ad performance. If we add comparable tools from other advertising or analytics partners, we'll name them here with a new effective date.
How we use it
To fulfill orders, send the emails you signed up for, respond when you write to us, measure and improve our marketing and advertising, and meet legal obligations (including cosmetic adverse-event recordkeeping).
Who we share it with
The services that make the store work — our e-commerce platform, payment processor, email service, and shipping carriers — each only what they need. For advertising and measurement we share limited information with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) as described above. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
Your privacy choices
Unsubscribe from email any time via the link in any message. You can decline optional cookies on our cookie notice at any time, and we honor browser Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where required.
California residents: under the CCPA/CPRA you may request access to or deletion of your personal information, and you won't be treated differently for doing so. Our use of advertising technologies like the Meta Pixel may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law. You can opt out at any time by declining optional cookies, enabling Global Privacy Control in your browser, or emailing hello@offdune.co with the subject “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.” We'll respond within 45 days.
Data retention & children
We keep order records as long as tax and cosmetic-safety law requires, and email-list addresses until you unsubscribe. Our site and products are not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
