Returns & Shipping

Shipping

Orders ship in 1–2 business days from California. Standard delivery takes 5–7 days; CA, NY, and TX typically arrive in 2–3 days. Shipping is free on orders over $65. You'll receive tracking by email when your order leaves.

Returns

Free returns within 30 days of delivery if unused and unopened. For hygiene and safety reasons we can't restock opened cosmetic products — if your bottle arrived damaged or something is wrong with it, write to us and we'll make it right regardless.

To start a return, email hello@offdune.co with your order number. Refunds go to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of our receiving the return.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Send a photo to hello@offdune.co within 14 days and we'll replace or refund — your choice. No need to ship anything back.
